This heavy duty hydrant spanner is of the very highest quality. The Hydrant spanner is designed to help open and close stiff or over tightened hydrant valves and works by locking into the spokes of the hydrant valve hand wheel.

It is manufactured from solid steel bar and galvanised for a long life. The spanner is provided with a heavy duty retaining chain also.
