Fullworks Fire Safety Service Statement
We make a promise to you regarding our service standards and aim to be amongst the best in the industry. If for any reason we fail to impress you, we would like to hear about it immediately.
We supply only high quality fire safety products that meet Fullworks Fire Safety’s high standards and provide them to you, the customer at great prices. We may not always be the cheapest, but our products will be of the highest quality. We encourage you to review our products using the website product review feature.

Orders will be shipped on the next working day after payment has been received / cleared. If there are any issues with your order, such as stock availability or delivery delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and allow you to decide whether to wait or cancel your order.
We will answer any communication within 1 working day, however if we require longer to respond correctly and completely we will notify you that we are working on the issue and then respond fully once the enquiry is complete.
Available Payment Methods
Our payment methods are selectable at the checkout and our payment details are emailed to you in your order confirmation.
- Credit Card - We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard. We use eWay to process credit card transactions. eWay are a popular secure payment gateway.
- PayPal - We accept credit card and bank payments via PayPal but will only ship goods on payment clearance in the case of bank payments.
- Other - EFT/Direct Deposit, Bank Cheque and Personal Cheque are all acceptable payment methods. Fullworks Fire Safety will not ship any goods until payment has cleared.
- Cash - Payments can be made using cash when you pick up your order from Fullworks Fire Safety.
Orders with Outstanding Payments
When payments are not received within 7 days of placing your order, items will be returned to stock and the order cancelled.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars and final prices include10% GST. Pricing is shown clearly excluding GST, however GST is shown in the shopping basket and checkout process. Fullworks Fire Safety reserves the right to change prices without notice.
Currency
We only accept payment in Australian Dollars.
International Orders
Due to the nature of these products, international shipping is not available.
Order Confirmation Email - Please Read
After placing an order with us you should receive an order confirmation email to your nominated email address. This email is very important and should be checked thoroughly. If there are any errors or changes are required, we need to know as soon as possible by email or phone. Our contact details are here.
Please check the delivery address very carefully as we will not be responsible for items mis-delivered.
If for any reason you do not receive an order confirmation email you may have made a mistake when entering your email address. Please email us with your details (including order number) and we will correct your details and resend you a copy of your order confirmation.
Cancelling Orders
All order cancellations must be written. Email is the preferred form of written communication, however fax is also acceptable. Written & posted letters are unacceptable due to the speed in which the orders are processed.
Orders can be cancelled by either the customer or Fullworks Fire Safety. We cannot cancel an order after it has shipped.
Invoicing
Your order confirmation contains the details and total costs for your order. We do not send automated invoices via email as our accounting system is separate to the website order system. Each order will be shipped with a printed tax invoice. If you require an invoice prior to receiving the goods, please contact us to request this.
Trade Customers
Trade customers are welcome to maintain an account with Fullworks Fire Safety. As a trade customer we encourage you to register as a trade account holder enabling account based ordering with payment terms agreed upon application. Contact us for more information.
Stock Availability
Fullworks Fire Safety carries a large range of fire safety products. As we sell online and via sales staff our website product stock levels may occasionally be out of sync with our warehouse. We do update stock levels daily, however if items are sold out we will notify you of this, including the expected lead time for new stock. You have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund if this lead time is unacceptable.
Cost of Shipping
The cost of shipping goods is calculated automatically based on your location and the weight of the items you purchase. Certain items, such as fire extinguishers, cannot be shipped by regular postage methods as they are treated as ‘dangerous goods’ due to the pressurised nature of them, so if your order includes fire extinguishers you will be limited to using our great value couriers or of course your own couriers. Orders containing items that can be shipped by regular Australia post methods are limited to 20kg per order.
It may rarely occur that the shipping calculation is incorrect. We reserve the right to change the shipping cost accordingly. We will contact you should this occur and give you the option to continue with the order and pay the difference or cancel the order receiving a refund from us. We will do everything we can to prevent this from happening.

Shipping Issues
Fullworks Fire Safety use a number of shipping companies. In general these companies offer good reliable service, however things occasionally go wrong. Fullworks fire safety is not responsible for the shipping carriers delays or problems, however we will make every effort to resolve any issues with the carrier on your behalf or make claims on your behalf.
Where specific delivery dates are required, Fullworks Fire Safety can only provide a date based on the shipping company's provided delivery date. We cannot be held responsible for the shipping company missing this date and any consequential issues this may cause you as a customer, but we will make every effort to have the issue resolved for you.
Promotions and Marketing
By registering with and placing an order with Fullworks Fire Safety you give permission for us to email you information about sales, promotions, new products and services and news relating to the company. If you do not wish to receive this information, please let us know via email.
Identification and Fraud
From time to time we may request further identification. We reserve the right to cancel orders when identification is requested and not received or found to be unsatisfactory. This is to reduce the likelihood of fraudulent transactions taking place.
Missing Items / Transit Damage
We have very little control over what happens during shipping, so upon delivery please check all ordered items are present and are undamaged, in the case of fire extinguishers supplied filled, check that the pressure gauge is reading OK. Any claims for missing or damaged items cannot be accepted after 7 days of delivery. If the claim is being made longer than 7 days after delivery we are restricted to the manufacturer’s warranty / repair conditions. In the case of transit damage, we will have to take this matter up with the shipping company.
Fullworks Fire Safety will not be responsible for damage caused by the customers own shipping company, should this method of shipping be chosen.
Faulty Goods
Fullworks Fire Safety prides itself on the quality of our products and checks all products before sending them out.
If you believe you have a product that is faulty or not to standard, please contact us during business hours to inform us of the issue. Please have your purchase details such as your invoice number or order number to hand. Many issues can be solved without returning the product and we may request photos of the issue, however if we deem that the product needs to be returned we will provide you an RMA number (Return merchandise authorisation). In the case of online orders, no goods will be accepted back unless an RMA number has been issued. We will try and address the problem as quickly as possible, however sometimes we may need to return the product to the manufacturer / supplier for assessment.
Products Description
Fullworks Fire Safety make every effort to provide descriptions and sizing that match the actual products sold. Due to Fullworks Fire Safety supplying products from a number of different manufacturers and suppliers, variations to these specifications do occur. Manufacturers, from time to time, make changes to their products without notice to us, which may lead to our specifications being incorrect. These changes should not effect functionality or if compliance to standards is required, their compliance.
If you require a specific sized product or a fixed specification, please contact us to find out the current stock specification. Refunds will not be given for products that vary from their published specification, unless their compliance to the relevant standard is compromised.

Refund of Shipping Costs on Faulty Items
When providing a refund for faulty goods (rather than a replacement) shipping costs will be refunded if the refund is given within 3 months of the original purchase date. In the instance of multi product orders, only the costs of shipping the faulty item will be refunded not the full shipping cost of the order.
Note:- Fullworks Fire Safety makes no warranties or representations of any kind for the products being offered. Any warranties made are by the manufacturers themselves. Normal warranty periods apply and vary depending on the individual product.
Return and Exchange Policy
Fullworks Fire Safety understand that internet shopping is different in many ways. You cannot inspect and hold items as you can in a traditional bricks and mortar store however; you are welcome to visit our warehouse to inspect and purchase items. Should you choose to buy via the online shop and are unhappy with your purchases we will allow you to return the products or exchange them based on:-
- The product(s) must be as new - unused in original packaging and maintenance tags and security seals intact. Packaging should be undamaged.
- All items returned should be packaged correctly and securely to minimise any potential transit damage.
- Special order items cannot be returned.
- Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Items that do not match their published specifications will not be refunded unless their required compliance is effected.
- Items reduced to clear due to cosmetic or minor damage can only be returned if faulty and only if the fault is not the original reason for the discounted sale.
- All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. No exchange or refund / credit will be given.
- Unless the item is faulty, Fullworks Fire Safety will not pay for the return shipping of the item and will not refund the cost / partial cost of the original shipping.
- In the case of an exchange product the cost of shipping the exchange product will be charged at our standard shipping rates as used by the website.
- No items are to be returned without an RMA number provided by us.
- It is suggested that when returning products a registered / traceable courier is used as Fullworks Fire Safety will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- If requested, refunds will be made using the same payment method as used to purchase the goods. Refund will be made within 7 days of receiving the returned goods if the goods are clearly marked with the RMA number and can be identified.
- Exchanges for an alternate product can be made, however if there is a cost difference, you will be required to pay the difference. If the cost is lower we will refund the difference or use the difference towards the cost of shipping the exchange item to you.

Cancellation of Account and Services
Fullworks Fire Safety reserve the right to refuse services and products, without notice, to anybody it deems to have violated the above terms and conditions. If you believe this has been done in error, please contact us to resolve the issue.
